Zak a Finance and Real Estate major worked with Venture Commercial during summer 2012. The internship was inclined towards the brokerage side of the real estate business. During the internship Zak was responsible for four major things.

• Site analysis
• Marketing and Portfolio Management
• Develop a Grocer Map
