Internships give you some real-world work experience which can put you one step ahead of your peers who do not have internship experience. Internships can help a hiring manager decide what type of performer you will be once you receive full-time employment.

About Internships

Tyson Foods provides about 50 internships each year in a variety of job fields. As the second-largest food company in the Fortune 500, we employ students from science, business, marketing, IS, engineering, legal, health, and many other academic and professional backgrounds. We have both summer and full-time paid internships. Summer internships are typically 40-hour per week positions. the full-time internships run throughout the year while the student is in school. Students work approximately 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. Locations, job fields, availability, eligibility requirements, and length of time vary from year to year for our internships.
