Michael did his internship with Harbor on Possum which is a luxury housing company. He talks interestingly about his extrovert character, that gave him an opportunity to meet the sales director of the company and land up with a sales internship. He also talks about various accommodation options the company has to offer and how these luxury accommodations differentiate them with other competitors.

Courses that helped Michael

Land Economics – Econ 422 : This course helped him to know how the cost of property is evaluated.

Finance – 330 : Finance 330 provided him with strong fundamentals of maintaing the balance sheets.

Sales – 315 : How to know your customer and product before the meeting. this was one of the most important course for his internship

Marketing – 314: He designed the banner for brochure of the company.

This internship made michael discover his passion towards sales and gave him a direction to find his long term career path.
